tough to install if you're mounting to concrete due to the housing design. I was able to get a tapcon into the bottom hole but not the top. anyways, its tight enough to hold it level with just one tapcon. good for the price. connected easily.

Called help Line and explained situation about needing a new keypad for an old Genie Product and Amber was very knowledgeable and kind enough to not only recommend the correct product but guarantee a return if it didn't work! It not only works fabulous but the superior Customer Service guarantees you have a Customer for life!

The wireless keypad works perfectly. Easy to install and program. Great product for OLD garage door opener . Flip cover would be better than sliding cover.

The Liftmaster 387LM came in the mail the other day so today I went and installed it for my mother in law. Clear and concise instructions made the whole process a breeze, works like a charm.

This model is sturdy, easy to mount, and came with easy-to-follow directions and a battery. It worked properly first try and continues to do so.
