Liftmaster 372LM (Replaced by 892LT)

When I got my replacement garage door opener and programmed it I accidentally unprogrammed my husband's remote and the keypad...and then couldn't figure out how to reprogram those. Amber in customer service went above and beyond helping me by phone and emailed me the instructions to reprogram my husband's remote and the keypad remote. Worked like a charm and was very easy to do with the instructions. Great customer service!!

My tenant lost his 372LM Liftmaster Remote. I scoured the web and found the 372LM at a reasonable price. I was adamant in purchasing this outdated remote because you could "clone" the remote from one to another.

But I received 892LT instead. I was not happy, initially. My situation involves a Community Gate and a Liftmaster Garage Door. I watched the Gatehouse youtube review/overview and was able to transfer the Gate code directly from my old 372LM to the 892LT. And for the rolling code on the Liftmaster Garage Door, I just pressed the learn button and then clicked the remote a few times as shown in the review.

All done! I am extremely pleased I did not purchase the 375LM as I have no idea what the Dip Switch Settings were for the Gate.
