This motor is a little bit smaller than the old one. It has several improvements. There is no reset button--it does it on its own. Also the wiring is easier to connect.
Only problem was condition upon arrival. Although the box was undamaged the mounting was bent. Luckily my husband has the ability to bend it (he does metal working). The motor came quickly and works great!

The motor was an exact replacement and appears to be a quality product with one very important improvement; an automatic reset, which means that you do not have to remove the outer housing in order to access the reset button. My old motor would not reset so I ordered the new one; after the replacement was done and everything was working correctly, I hit the reset button with a bit of force and the button clicked, old motor works again. I guess I have a replacement motor if I should ever need one.

The motor was shipped as advertised and arrived on time minimizing down time. Time is money!!

Updated motor with internal reset for thermal breaker. Great price, quick enough shipping. Easy replacement. No need to buy the pulley. The pulley from the old motor is easily reused buy loosening the set screw with a small allen wrench. Would definitely purchase parts from gatehouse again.
