83A11-2 Rail grease

Greese worked great.

It is best in most instances to follow the manufacturer recommendations,this is one of cases, Lift Master Garage Door Rail Grease
I find to be working well in its application.
This particular grease with its chemical structure seem to works great and it has been my experience that other petroleum products have caused arm to the material integrity of the rail system.

Viscous, greasy, containing lubricative properties! Why not treat the screw shaft and rack right by lubing them at rack replacement, and then every so often. Show some love, lube it up!
