Shipping Notes

If you select a USPS (US Mail) shipping option it is done without insurance and at your own risk. You accept any and all liability for the loss or damage of the package. In addition we do not offer guarantees on transit and delivery times or offer refunds for USPS. We are not responsible for mail lost or damaged by the US Post Office. We strongly suggest using Fed Ex delivery which comes with automatic insurance up to ($100) and advanced tracking options. Note: We will charge an additional fee of $22.50 on incorrect addresses or address corrections which is charged to us by Fed Ex. Fed Ex deliveries are done Mon-Fri only Ordering next day air on Friday will not be delivered until Monday, Saturday delivery is available for a much higher rate and will require you to call our office for special processing. Note: In some cases Fed Ex home delivery services are done on Saturday instead of Monday see Fed Ex site for details. Also made note of any Fed Ex holiday schedules.

Large items that are sent by truck are subject to final quote from trucking companies; this may affect the estimated shipping costs that were provided to you on checkout. We will call you before shipping to advise of price changes. Often larger orders can be shipped for less than quoted. Occasionally trucking companies add on extra charges for rural/residential or lift-gate deliveries, customer will be responsible for any add on charges from them, In Stock status on our website follows the Google shopping definition which indicates, We are accepting orders for this product and can fulfill the purchase request. The item will ship in a timely manner because it's available for sale. It does not guarantee that the product will leave the warehouse immediately.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, with a receipt. Items must be returned complete and in its original un-damaged package. There is no return on motors, gate or garage door operators, phone systems, controllers, circuit boards, gate operators, or garage door motor units or special orders (these items are specially ordered and are not returnable). All Doorbird products are considered special order and can not be cancelled once orders are placed.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges, plus a 20% restocking fee. If for some reason it is necessary to return a product to us, you will need a return authorization number. For your protection return items with some type of tracking or proof of delivery. Once return is received a refund will be issued to the same payment method used on original order. All parts and equipment sold are new (unless specifically stated in product description). We extend manufactures warranty on products if a product is defective and returned to us. Decision to repair/exchange or deny claim comes from the manufacture directly. Industry prices are changing rapidly based on material costs, while we always do our best to keep our prices current, We reserve the right to adjust or modify the price after sales if our supplier costs went up.  We will notify you of the price increase and you will have the opportunity to pay the additional or cancel the order.
