Returns and Exchanges

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days, with a receipt. Items must be returned complete and in its original un-damaged package. There is no return on motors, gate or garage door operators, phone systems, circuit boards, gate operators, or garage door motor units or special orders (these items are specially ordered and are not returnable). You will be responsible for all shipping charges, plus a 20% restocking fee. If for some reason it is necessary to return a product to us, you will need a return authorization email. For your protection return items with some type of tracking or proof of delivery. Once return is received a refund will be issued to the same payment method used on original order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, with a receipt. Items must be returned complete and in its original un-damaged package. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. Restocking fees are usually waived on most exchanges. If for some reason it is necessary to exchange a product to us, you will need a return authorization email. Most products are warrantied by the manufacture for one year. Please follow the Exchange procedure for warranty exchanges also.

 

Customer Return / Exchange Process

You can submit a return or exchange request by logging into your customer account on your storefront, finding the order you wish to return or exchange and clicking the Return Items link. Note You will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.


Next, You will need to specify the Qty To Return or exchange , Return Reason, and Return Action. You also have the option to leave a comment or specify what you want to exchange it for


After submitting the request,you will receive a confirmation email. 


Allow 1 business day to process your request.


Once you receive a Return Request Update email that has the Status of "Return Authorized" 
Print out a copy of that email and your original order and return the products to us.


No returns accepted without a copy of your order and that conformation email.
No C.O.D. returns accepted. No returns will be accepted on motors, gate or garage door operators, phone systems, circuit boards, gate operators, or garage door motor units or special or custom orders.
