13-HAE00040 logic board (Direct replacement for old style HAE00039)

Lightning has taken out the control board twice. It damaged the board that controls the closing eye.
This board fits in perfectly and is very easy to install. Saves a lot of money repairing rather than replacing the entire opener.

First thought was the opener was at the end of life... only worked IF it wanted to..Read the numerous positive reviews, decided a new logic board was worth a shot. Unplugged the GDO , 2 screws, 2 electronic plug ins to remove, placed the new board in ...replaced the screws, plug the board in, presto,, less than 10 minutes.. .If the door will not execute a full cycle close and/ or open, you will need to adjust the open force and close force most likely..I downloaded the LDO33 & LDO50 instruction sheet online which filled in the necessary how to's adjustments, including how to sync the GDO and remote. Happy to have spent 20 minutes tops...instead of the much longer time replacing the GDO head unit ..plus put over a hundred bucks back in my pocket

I gave this replacement board a shot after the garage door stopped working altogether due to an apparent short or power surge. The new board took 5 minutes to install and after adjusting the open/close limits etc. the door worked perfectly. Saved me a lot of money in the end.

Easy install only wish it came with directions to reset remote,which had to b done

Perfect fit direct replacement. Huge savings over having a tech come out. If you have intermittent range loss on your remote's, this is the fix. Very easy to install. There are two possible logic boards, if you have a factory battery back up for your opener, order the logic board ending in "BBU".

Package was slightly damaged from transport but packing was done very well to prevent any damage. Unit works well after installing.

One of my Linear garage door operators started malfunctioning by starting to open and then after moving about a foot reclosing. I tried all the adjustments to no avail. Luckily I had two operators, so I swapped the known good electronic board and it worked as it should. I ordered a new board from Gateway which arrived the next day. Now I have two properly operating garage doors. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and the service was great. If I have a problem again, Gateway will be my "Go to" resource.
