Garage door conversion kit
Includes plug in receiver and one remote control.
Order part number 318TN for extra remotes.
Works with most brands of garage door openers.
Easy to install, no special tools required.
Easy to program.
Keychain style transmitter model 318TN  (long-life alkaline battery included) that goes with you.
Compact-size dual button transmitter can operate two garage doors. (additional Garage Door Receiver 318R required for second door; sold separately)
Transmitter can also be used to control plug-in lighting, fan or small appliances with SW-318R Wireless Switch Receiver (sold separately).
After connecting this NEW Remote Control to your wall button, your existing remote control will still work with this connection.
Note:  Not compatible with HomeLink and other built in car remote buttons.
FCC/IC approved.
UL listed.
One year warranty.


Installation is as simple as 1-2-3
Connect 2 wires to the terminals of your existing wall mounted garage door opener button.
Plug in the wires to the 318R receiver.
Plug the receiver into an electrical outlet.
Installation is now completed.
Activate the Keychain Transmitter to operate the garage door opener.
